A place to put things down

Writing here isn’t about productivity or progress. It’s about care.

Sometimes writing helps you understand what you’re feeling.
Sometimes it simply helps you carry things more lightly.
Both have value.

And both can begin with a blank page, and for when you want to start.

Choosing the right journal

Below is a short guide to our journals, to help you choose what feels right for you today.

Each journal is designed for a different kind of moment.
None of them need to be completed, unless you want to.
None of them are about fixing or improving yourself.

You don’t need to choose perfectly.
You can start wherever feels right, use more than one, or change your mind at any time.

Sometimes, simply writing things down is enough.

HOW VERY IMPORTANT NOTES JOURNALS WORK

VIN journals can be used in two ways.

You simply choose how you’d like to use them, on paper or digitally. There’s no pressure, no right way, and no need to finish anything.
